I am hesitant to help you as you gave me a Not Helpful rating on my previous reply.
Your DL460 is the EXACT SAME machine as a Konica/Minolta Di450.
I am an expert on that machine.
I have the factory service manual for this machine.
The C910 code means that your second tray is not lifting properly as I told you in my previous reply. When you push this tray in a motor lifts the paper up until it trips a sensor. So you may have a lift motor problem or a sensor problem but I have NEVER had to replace either of these parts.
If reloading the tray did not help then you really only have 1 option to get your machine running.
Open tray 2 and LEAVE it open. The open and close the front foor to reset the code. If you leave tray to open a bit then you can at least use the other trays and use the copier until you can have a technician look at it.
