Re: downloading problem

You can buy a bluetooth adapter and make the transfer much easier or load the software that came with the mobile to the computer then use the usb cable to transfer the music...or you can make sure that the phone takes .mp3 format or wmv or wma audio files.

Cant get music on my motorola ve240?

You have to check on what your phone support which extension,

Example: MP3 music from Computer to MP4 to your LG.

Go to then type "download MP3 to MP4 converter.

download the software from the website, and make the import from the file folder of your pc, and export it to MP4, then transfer it via LG Pc suite.

It will work

LG Chocolate micro SD card

You need to format inside the phone. Go to Settings-Memory-Card Memory-Options-Format card. Do that, put it back in your computer, and put music (MP3's) into the My_Music folder.

you just put the mp3s in the my_music folder. You will have problems with some files if they are right protected.

Vcast will only find certain types of files. It will not recognize many formats that you may be using. I'm assuming this is the problem here... If you can find the songs you want to have on the phone you can then convert them to MP3 with a converter and place it where the Vcast software and then it should work.

Transfering my music as a ringtone

i've always just converted the files on my computer to .wav files then sent them as a PIX message to my phone. In the text message options on your phone there is an option to save audio as ringtone. Hope this helps. You can google MP3 to Wav converters. There are free software for this.
