I have Office 2003 outlook, & want to have my name & a small picture, done in word art, to be at the bottom of every E-Mail or new E-Mail I send. Can some one tell me in detail how I can do this. I did have it when I was using outlook express 6 but now I can't use that program. Also is there anywhere I can download Windows Mail ( NOT windows live mail ) Thanks Rob
You can do that when you set up your signature and it is in HTML. To set up HTML format on all emails, go to Tools -> options -> Mail format and on "Send this message format" make sure that HTML is selected.
For the signature, on the same Mail format tab, select the signature and select the file or make your signature on the same window. In making your signature without using Outlook, you can use MS WORD and save it as a web page/web page filtered and have the file selected when choosing your signature in Outlook.
Open MS Outlook 2003 and configure your SIGNATURE. What you are trying to accomplish is called SIGNATURE, a piece of data that is automatically sent along with every email you send.

I am attempting to edit a shared calendar in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. But it is giving me "unable to display the folder. The server mailbox cannot be opened because the address book entry is not a mail user." What does that mean and how can I fix it? I am running Windows XP Professional SP3.

The user made extensive updates to a Word 2k3 document he received and did a File-Save As. The document 'saved' without any problems. More changes were made , the file saved and Word exited. Later in the day the user went to open the document and could not locate it anywhere (it was not even listed on the Recent) list. For 2 hrs. the user searched the local drive, temp folder, network folders...the file was not there. (The searches were by file name, words in the document, the date.). The user said that the problem only occurred once. I stepped him through creating a new normal.dot after learning that he had been having a recurring problem with the normal.dot. Will this resolve his problem or should other measures be taken? And what did Save As do with the document? Thanks...EJohnson/HDT
