Samsung Gravity Videos Won't Work On PC

When I connect my Samsung Gravity to my PC, I can see my files, however I cannot access my memory card? So i moved the video I want back to the phone and transferred it to my desktop, however its an mp4 and quicktime won't play it, and when I play it through Studio3, it has no sound, where as the original file does have sound (the file still on the phone). And there's a little red "X" on my video folder (in Studio3) can anyone help?
