Making a secure connection (by 2 users)

i enter 192.168.0.1 enter admin and leave password blank as told by the people at d link but cant get into it cant someone tell me how to get past this and make a connection

Hi Alex26673,

Try a hard reset. You need a straightened paper clip. The Recessed reset button is to the right of the unit's power socket. Press and hold for 10 seconds and then release. Wait 5 minutes for it to finish rebooting and stabilise. Then try you admin login again.
