We did NOT ask to renew our subscription which was due on 20th October, 2009. But we found the amount of $59.99 was taken from our Bank visa card on 4th October, 2009. We were very sad and have now cancelled Norton out and have had it removed from our computer. We would appreciate you refunding that amount as we are retired folk.
