my paper ke.eps jamming, it will .feed on the left but not the right so it gets jammed.. i tried alighning the printer and cleaning the rollers nothing is working, and nothing is stuck

I had the same problem and it turns out one of my kids put a coin into the top of it and it was far down inside where i could not see it.and it was stuck in the bend of the paper feed after tearing it almost all the way down i finally was able to see it removed the coin and it worked.
