Can you clarify what your question is or the problem you`re having with your Thermador wall oven unit please.
Thank you

- Hello again mitzi_long, I was thinking. Does your wall unit resemble the image provided next to your post? If so then all you need to determine is if it is 27" or 30" across the control panel, or from side to side of the front of the oven door. Other than that you should be able to see the model number with the aid of a flashlight. It's located behind the black grill when you open the oven door by the door switch assembly. If you look to the right thru the grill you'll see a white tag with the model serial number on it. If your wall unit has the integrated microwave it should read smw272 or smw301 or something similar.
Hope that's what you wanted to know.
Good Luck :)

I get an "F2" fault when I try to self-clean my thermador ove. I have turned it off, waited for several minutes and tried again, as manual suggests, but to no avail.
