Hello Kay, First I'd like you to check a few things. What email client are you using? Maybe it's outlook express, outlook, windows mail, thunderbird, or maybe you go to a website and login there. If you are in work, do you have an exchange server or another mail server that collects your emails for you? Are you not recieving just one email or all emails sent to you? If you are in work, are you the only one who cannot recieve mail or is it everyone? Cheers, Adam.
Hello Kay, Can you specify how are you receiving email messages? And from what email are they sending it from? Yahoo? Gmail? or a company email? There are many things to consider. Did the sender receive a bounce back error or message? Or is your POP service running from your mailserver. Please let me know.
