Generic problem for all Dishwashers

ARGGHH
My 18 year old sons and I have taken this thing apart and can just about do it in our sleep.
But we just can't figure out why it will not drain.
Everything else works great.....we have followed all the wiring, it looks good....cleaned out all the guck in it's innards and prayed over it but it just sits there with it's bowels filled with dirty water. mmmm mmmm mm.
No sound, no click....nothing.
We sure know a lot about MDB6650AWW now......just not this part.
Suggestions???

We have model # 16769000, S.N. FM2228149. When complete wash cycle is done, bottom area of unit is still filled with water. Have not dug into anything yet but assume it involves drain valve. Don't have the original manual.
