Need advice on Kenmore electric range

I have a Kenmore electric range model 911.93481991. After using the right front burner (8') for a while, the water was leaking to the element and damage it (The coil blew up and broken). Replaced the element with a known working one but after that 2 burners at the right site not working: turn on switch, "the red indicator light" was on but no heat. (The 2 left burner are working normal.)
Troubleshooting: open the back of the unit (Top and bottom), could not see any fuse or circuit breaker, the electrical wiring looks good, no visible sight of burning or damage, "switches control" seemed to work OK.
