Question about Magellan Maestro 4040 GPS Receiver
I sent my 4040 to the Texas repair center per instructions from the idiots in India. I have had terrible trouble finding out what is going on and when it will be returned. It was dropped and the screen cracked by the TSA inspectors in either Reno or Denver. You can't ever talk to a person here is the U.S.
Very frustrating. Have even sent registered letter to President with no reply.

Try to call then one more time and tell them you want to talk to their supervisor and you want them to send you a brand new unit for their screwup and to ship it overnight for nothing out of their pockets.or if you get a newer update model put a sevice protection on it the highest one, depends what store you bought in.this way there is no problems in the future.let me know what happens
