Clock stopped when daylight savings time ended

My 3102 clock stopped when daylight savings time ended - on sunday morning the clock was stopped at 1:55. Can't get it to start again. I put in a new battery, pushed the ET timezone button, moved it to a west window, etc. No action whatsoever.
