My TomTom 730 screen goes spastic...keeps changing on its own

SAME PROBLEM! Does anyone have a solution? My TomTom 730 screen goes spastic. Just like Army Colonel's TomTom... "since the latest update my screen keeps changing. When travelling it will consistently go to the "Help Me" screen, then the "Walk to Help" then search for Police stations.
I continually go 'back' to the map and it soon jumps back to the police screen. I notice it is self-activating the button on the top-right of the screen." I, too, thought that some dirt may be there so I cleaned the screen, but it still happens. This can be very dangerous as I'm driving trying to figure out what's wrong and trying to see & hear where I need to go.

PLEASE HELP US!!
