My iphone is not responding to touch

That maybe a hardware issue, mate. If you've tried the most common troubleshooting steps ppl usually do and it didn't work, consult a specialist or get it back to the apple store if you got one nearby, better take it back to the same store u purchased it from and they're ought to dispatch you a new one if needed "If this one is hopeless"
Troubleshooting available for that:
1- Press and hold on the HOme button with the Power button altogether untill the iPhone goes off, then turn it back on.
2- Double tab the screen with 3 fingers same time, this actually enlarges the icons, then do the same once mroe to get'em back to normal.
3- If that did not work, restore your iPhone in recovery mode to the factory settings, you can do that by switching off the iPhone completely - open itunes then press and hold on the home button on your iPhone before plugging it with the USB cord and then plug it in and keep holding, don't release the home button untill you get a pop-up message on your itunes as "iPhone detected in recovery mode, restore "YES"".
4- If that didn't make it, duuuude get it back to the store to do a maintenance check with your warranty.
