I need help some how my kid got this down load for

that program is virus its fake thats y it wants you to pay it so it can steal your credit card numbers, they usually hide themselves in other files so i doubt your son intentionally downloaded it, they are extremely hard to remove aswell, go into the control panel from the start menu and find the option called add/remove programs wait for the program list to load then find the 1 you want to delete and hit remove program at the top and that should get rid of it, this probably wont kill it tho as it is a bad virus, download spyware doctor that program will get rid of it
