Syncing outlook 2007 and iphone

it would be helpful to know how you are trying to sync with outlook
are you going through settings/mail, contacts, calendars/ and have set up an account for microsoft exchange? Is the login the same as you would use for webmail? It might be a a bad assumpton on my part, but are you using exchange 2007 and outlook 2007?


I have it set up for my iphone this way and it syncs both directions fine. I just have to make sure I am looking in the right group/address book as I am local government and have a number of other agencies as separate address books.

if not, again it would be helpful to know how you are configured for syncing.
