How to darken the image on Canon Pixma MP 210

I cannot find information on how to darken the image on my can Pixma MP 210, it is not in the Quick Start Guide. Any suggestions

I have the same problem

I know someone who can solve this problem

My canon pixma mp210 scanner has suddenly started scanning its images lighter than it has been. I don't know what to do about it, so haven't tried anything but looking here.
