I have the HP all in one c309a and all i want to do is scan to any chosen file. It does not have the facility to do this easily, is there a software out there that can do this. I did have a lexmark all in one and it would allow me to scan to any file easily. Maybe lexmark and hp should join up with their good points 'HP good copiers' and 'lexmark good software' Anyway i dygress, i need help this is driving me insane, and hp tech has no answers, except to say that their software is now user friendly in a really cheap way. Please help

Please open the "paint". For open it go to "start/all programs/accessories/paint".
click on file and select the option "scanner and camera wizard" and click on scan do not change anything in scan option please only click on "scan".
Once when scan get complete, please click on "file and save as" option and save the file. this is the easiest way to scan the any document.
