first u eneter wrong security code many times , untill the statement PIN BLOCKED not come,then contact to ur custmor care executive of ur operator and then tell him the SIM no and ask him for the PUK CODE and PIN CODE ..and enter these codes then ur problem is solved
If this is your sim card PIN, then you need a PUK code from your network, otherwise take your phone back to where you bought it from, or try the tech support of the phone manufacturer.
