Switch doesn't work unless half up

My GBA SP will not turn on unless the switch is only half way between the on and off position. If I put the switch all the way up, it won't turn on. Is this fixable? It is very annoying.

It is all you need to do is to buy a new switch from an auction site or online and fit it in, usually the switches you have to solder in yourself but alot come on a board.
