Have you tried in safe mode? If so, then you will need a password reset tool to reset the SAM file in the registry.
There is one located here: http://www.petri.co.il/forgot_administrator_password.htm
But you will need to learn how to use it as these are tricky and can cause MAJOR damage to your OS.
