If you can`t adjust the convergence through the menu then you may have bad conv. modules, you have two separate circuit that controls it; analog and digital, most often the analog circuit is the problem,it should have two large i.c mounted on heatsink with numbers like stk392 written on it.in any case you`ll need the help of a repairman. good luck

While watching the TV it just shut off, unplug and plug back in watch green lights bling waited after it completed cycle then turn back on green light came on but no power and green light shut off after 3 seconds.
Tv is connected to comcast cable even disconnected and tried again, also tried pushing a pin inside of reset not sure if it made any difference no sound .
My son did state before TV shut off, he hear some type of clicking noise before shut down.
My warranty of 5 years just ended 5 days ago and I did have a service rep come out to adjust the red in my picture about one month ago, but that was the only issue I ever had and I only did that because of warranty ending.
I also tried a different plug but only the same results. In reading the owner manual it stated that TV can protect itself from power surge and you might need a surge protector but I never had this problem in 5 years.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
