The wires are shorted together somewhere! Or you switched ground with hot or neutral!
Are you trying to burn down your house?
Even if you manage to get it working, it still could be a fire hazard because it isn't done correctly! Wrong kind of crimp or a bad solder job can create a fire!
PLEASE get someone that knows electrical or electronics to fix it!
Most of the people I know that have the background can fix it correctly in about 10-15 minutes.
Several reasons can cause a no start dryer condition. I'll start with the easy ones first. If a gas dryer, it runs off 120 volts. Check the house fuse or breaker or plug a light into the dryer outlet to make sure you have power. If outlet is OK then we have several dryer problems possible. If the dryer is electric, it run off 220 volts. You need a voltage tester to check the 220 house plug. Could still be a problem with the house 220 breaker. On the dryer itself, the first thing to check is the door switch. If the door switch is bad the dryer will think the door is open even when it is actually closed. Next, some dryers have a switch on the internal belt system. If the belt breaks, the dryer will not run.(only on some newer models). Couls also be a bad timer assembly. Some of these may need a tech to actually test since it requires taking the dryer apart to get to these item.
Turn off the circuit breaker and locate the plugs that are on that circuit. There is a good chance that the problem is between the closest working and faulty outlet. Starting with what appears to be the last working outlet on the circuit, check that all the wires are secure in all the fixtures and outlets. If that does not fix the problem, a varmint may have chewed through a wire inside the wall. If you do not have experience with home wiring, you should get an electrician.
Solution 1 was just step 1. If the outlet gets power and the fuse or circuit breaker is ok, then U have a bad tv. That seems to be the most common problems with lcd's when they go bad. They either give the blinking light and not coming on, or they go completely dead. Most common causes are a bad power supply or a bad board/PCB/Circuit board.
look inide your house/apartment for the breakers panel - usually in the basement/ground floor closet for house or in the closet for aprtments-check that breakers are on the ON position-plug another appliance in the same plug (example clock or toaster) see if it works-if another apliance works it is an internal problem with the power supply to your tv-get back to me with the model of the tv
