This sounds like the disk needs to be replaced.
However, you could also try to use a bootdisk to scan the disk platter for defects. chkdsk c: /R /X will check the C drive for bad sectors and force the drive to dismount if neccesary. Once this is complete, try scandisk c: /AUTOFIX /SURFACE to automatically fix any file errors and scan the surface of the platter for defects.
Scandisk should then mark these as bad.

Sounds like you need a new hard Drive you can try and go to your bios hitting del f2 or f6 depending on your computer it should say while your rebooting and check to see if your bios has a hdd check utility and run it that will tell you if your disk is faulty or not
