My son dropped something on my Logitech Harmony 890 and damaged the LCD screen. Logitech does not sell a replacement screen. Is the screen replaceable if I buy a damaged remote for the parts? Anyone ever removed and replaced the LCD screen?

I have a Logitech 880 with a similar issue with the LCD and unless you have excellent micro/mini soldering skills, I would recommend looking for a replacement. As an alternative, you may be able to file a claim on your home insurance if your deductible is low enough to cover the replacement/repair of your remote.
