Adobe Photoshop 7.0 for PC

Dosent recognize the usb port

when installing.. tells me to conect the usb cable.... i do it...runs 10 tries and tells me it is not connected...what should i do
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

what are you connecting? Name of the device, manufacturer....what is your operating system XP?
answer those and then we can see if we can help you.

Have you tried other USB ports? Other computers? was there software that came with it? did you attempt to load it?
