There is two ways to reset.
1.First download this.Run the software and Set the adjustment setting and equal to the printer, Click OK.Click maintenance tab.Check waste ink pad counter then click reset to reset the counter.
2.Manual reset.(I'm not tried yet).Press all following buttons : Power, Black, Color.Then, on demand (you'll see message on printer screen), turn off printer.
