You probably need to replace the displacement pump underneath the washer. If you look inside the washer, you can trace the drain tube that goes out behind your washer to a small pump inside the washer. Remove, and replace. Good luck!

I have a Haier HLP21E -- a good little mini-washer. But sometimes the electronic chip gets confused as to where it is in a cycle. Usually the problem goes away after I try a lot of button-pushing, or if I cut the electricity and leave it for a while. But I assume there might be a combination/sequence of button-pushes that might reset the chip or bleed-off a residual capacitor charge. Anyone know of how to do this?

I have a Haier HLP21E -- a good little mini-washer. But sometimes the electronic chip gets confused as to where it is in a cycle. Usually the problem goes away after I try a lot of button-pushing, or if I cut the electricity and leave it off for a while -- I assume a capacitor holds a residual charge. Is there a combination/sequence of button-pushes that will reset the chip or a way to bleed-off the residual capacitor charge so that I can re-start a cycle? Thanks for your help!
