Go to menu then color ,Tint adjust the tint if that does not clear picture then you have Bad Lighht Engine Encompass parts Distribution might have it go to their website and type in your model number 1-800-638-3328

I always look for Parts on Ebay find better deals their sometimes.

Electrical Alignment is not your problem my friend. It sounds like you need the fluid replaced in the CRTs. Have a service co. come out and make sure. That will be the safest way.

Its either the tunnel light or Light Engine causing this problem,and if it is the light engine they are NOT Cheap!

i dont know about the overheating problem, but as far as the red tint goes, it you go to the picture setting within the menu and reset it to default, it should take care of that.

Check the bulb first. also check and clean cable card fan.

If this is a tube projection then the oil may need to be changed in the one or more of the tubes
