I have problems opening facebook on my pc

It sounds like your network is blocking the site. Do you have access to the router or other networking devices? If not, the site may have been deliberately blocked by your network supervisor. If this isn't the case then you might try clearing all your browser cookies and resetting all settings to the default settings. Uninstall all browsers and reinstall. A problem like this is very dificult to diagnose without being at the computer and knowing everything about your network. Good luck!

Wireless adapter not found

uninstall the drivers

click on start then right click on my computer, then click on manage, the a page will come up, on the left side of the page you will get the option of device manager on the left, once you will get the device manager, click on device manager, you will get the list of devices, in the list of devices, click on network adapters
once you click on network adapters there would be an option of wireless adapter, right click on wireless adapter and click on uninstall, once it is uninstalled, restart the computer, it will detect the drivers automatically

Cannot remember password for my computer have vista system

If you have a password reset disk then you can reset it but if you do not have one, you won't be able to reset it. the only way for you to get your computer working is to uninstall and reinstall vista itself.

We have recently upgraded our Norton 360 - it

I wouldn't recommend installing McAfee as this can also slow down machines. Norton is notorious for this. Download AVG free Anti-Virus or Avast Anti-Virus & a firewall such as Zonealarm. Anti-spyware software is also a good idea. Spybot Search & Destroy & Adaware are good. If the computer is in a corporate environment you must purchase the software as the free licence only covers home use. Uninstall Norton when you have downloaded the programs & before you attempt to install the new programs.

Network interface card

You need to go into device manager (control panel, system, hardware, device manager). Under Network, highlight your network interface card, right click and select uninstall. Once it's uninstalled, reboot your computer and it will automatically install it again.

Trying to remove sophos antivirus 4.x so i can install Kaspersky. But sophos doesnt seem to be in add/remove programs or in program files. I hacve tried ccleaner but that didnt detect any sophos. Please...

Did you try searching the registry manually? Open regedit. Start->Run->type in "regedit(without quotes) and see if there are any left over registry entries. Also search you comp for any left over sophos antivirus file. If you find any just delete them. Since you are removing the registry entires as well deleting those files shouldn't affect your system. Do this so that you can install kaspersky.

Feel free to post back if you need more help.
