The options are as wide as your imagination.

Without knowing your specific needs, preferences or taste, I still point you in the right direction.

If you see a site you like, check the footers on the screen. They often have a blurb about the site design.

Google 'building web sight design'. Check out the build your own and design your own posts. Most have numerous pre-built motifs to choose from, with options to tailor make them into a style all your own.

If it's your first time, I'd suggest a practice run. Just a few pages with navigation links, you know, to get a feel for it. Then go full speed on your main project.

I had a teacher once that gave me some excellent advice.

He said, 'Practice slow, Learn fast; Practice fast, learn nothing'.

So, I advise the same thing. Practice on one to learn. Then make the real one even better than you hoped for. You will do great.
