your model doesnt have a lamp it has three CRT (Picture tubes) often just cleaning the rear mirror will restore brightness. If that doesnt do it then the CRT coolant may need to be replaced.
This set does not have a lamp. It has 3 crt tubes that converge to create a color picture. The convergance is off a little causeing this affect. Go into the menu and look for convergence or magic focus. You can download the owners manual from Toshiba website to do this. You will need the remote that came with the set.
You have a yoke and screen voltage issue with your red crt tube. If the red moves but not enough to do the convergence then you may be able to adjust the red crt. If the red doesn't move at all when you try to do the convergence then you most likely have bad convergence IC chips that need to be replaced. They aren't expensive, the last pair I did cost $36, but it involves taking the set apart and doing some tedious soldering. If you have no experience with this sort of repair you may want to go to a shop, They will charge $300-$400 to replace the IC chips. If you want to try this yourself post back and I can help point you in the right direction.
its possible that flood leaked on board from a tube leaking. clean the area and scrape the burnt area really good so that it won't conduct. then make a jumper from some small wire to the areas you need. check tubes on the bottoms of the metel areas not the crt for something wet... if this fixes your problem then cover your board with a plastic or foam sheet so that it drains forward away from the board. also when you find what tube it is, you may want to ask ways to fix it or how to keep it from leaking. but if its not a leaky tube then you may have had lightning or power surge. may want to go ahead and check all parts connected to that area for a short. just to make sure there isn't another problem before you start it up. good luck let me know.
ok i'm goin to need more info about your problem. you stated fuses and didn't say the location numbers of the fuses. Also, have you rechecked your fuses to see if they are all still good? 3 fuses sounds like more then one problem. once you tell us your loc#'s of your fuses, we can look into your problems.
are you sure it's yoke? these are know for bad convergence amp ic's other wise it's a screw and glue holding the yoke in place loose the screw and try to break the glue with out breaking the plastic on the yoke, the other thing you can do is adjust the magnets which have tabs on the yoke. i would mark the position's of everything on the tube with a sharpie so you can get it back to start.
