We have just purchased a Kodak Printer ESP5 from ebay and we keep getting the message 'printer head missing or has come loose' on the screen. We have refitted many times but the same message keeps coming up. The supplier is taking responsibilty and if we return will give us full refund plus postage. Can you help before we have to send back as if working O.K. would like to keep it. Allen Brotherton, Chorley

I have the Kodak 5500 all in one printer, I would like to make it wireless to work with my laptops - I have a Dell Inspiron and purchased and purchased the Kodak bluetooth adapter but have been unsuccessfully in making the printer wireless - do you have any suggestions?
