Hi all, we have a HTS6510 home theatre system and a philips 42" tv PFC7662D/65 (lcd 1080 p) and would like to know whether it is possible to connect our sons psp to the tv/theatre system/? using the USB port? Awaiting your reply.

for connecting your psp to your tv, for games etc..
For the newer PSP slims and lite, you can buy a/v cables to output music/movies to your tv for cheaper..try ebay

The USB port is only compatible with flash memory drives and some card readers.

It is possible to connect the earphone socket of the PSP to the AUX or Line Inputs on the HTS6510.
You will need a twin phono to stereo 3.5mm jack lead (AUX) or stereo 3.5mm jack to jack lead.
Select AUX or MP3 on the remote (depending on which connection used) to hear the sound.
