My printer keeps telling me that my preprinted

my printer keeps telling me that my preprinted invitation is in upside down, and spits it out with nothing printed. It will print my info on a plain white sheet, but not on the preprinted sheet. I was able to do one this morning, but now it will not do any more.

Is ther a thickness adjustment on your device? If so, set it for thicker paper. You may find this adjustment in the software ... go to control panel, printers. select and open your. Review all the tabs.
