- how would I know if it is a PCL driver? Isn't there some kind of thing to click on in networks or some thing?Best Solution

Make sure that you are using a postscript driver and not a PCL driver. Many web pages will not print correctly to a PCL printer. Also ensure that the web page your printing is print friendly. Many pages on the web do not print if they use DIV layers. These pages usually have a "print friendly" link somewhere on the page.

-- click on START > Printers and Faxes
- Right click the printer and select Properties.
- Click on advanced and look at the Driver
- If it says [Printer Name] PCL then it is PCL, if it says PS it is Postscript.
- If it doesn't say you may need to download the driver from the manufacturer website to ensure that you have the right one.
