Zoom lens won't retract

my fuji finepix digital camera will not retract the zoom lens. it keeps telling me there is a focus error. any fixes for something like that?
i have the exact same problem

i give up, does anyone even see a solution. Where is allibear's, I don't see it? do I have to pay or something?
