Problem for HP PSC 1610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Printer won't print color
I recently had to have my computer "cleaned out" due to a suspected virus and my hp printer software got deleted. I downloaded the software again off printcountry.com. My printer is working fine now except that it won't print color! My color cartridge is over half full and when I go to hp.com to check if I have the updated software it says I do. Please if anyone has any ideas let me know!! If I need to delete the software and reinstall it, let me know exactly what programs to delete bc I'm not sure which to delete.
