Take card out and see if you still get the same message... it could be the card or in need of repair

Hp L2503a camera, takes pitures, when view on camera or computer, the oictures are white and ghostly.

The lens shutter doesn't work. If the cameras is a HP, I believe it's 95% broken shutter cable. Contact your local HP service center.

Hope this helps!

hi try to reset ur camera...To do such reset, turn on the camera and hold the menu button down for longer than 5 seconds. A message should hopefully come up on your LCD asking if you want to reset the camera. Select Yes...

That option isn't available for the D70 some manufactureres call it live view, sort of like looking through a video camera's viewfinder and it is what is going to to get recorded or what the picture is going to be. Some point-and-shoot cameras have that but no viewfinder. Digital camera owners have expressed a desire to have that option on DSLR's for a long time now so camera makers are adding that feature. It comes at a higer price now, but soon it will be a standard just like video for DSLR's (D-90). The reason it has been tough to add is that it is a real power drain on the battery to keep the display on and have the auto focus and metering going at the the same time which is what has to happen if it is a "live view". You can keep your display (of pictures taken on longer from the menu) but that's not really what you are after. Hope that helps.

My cannon ixus 70 shows nothing on the screen in picture taking mode but when i take a piture then put it into view mode it can be seen?

Mine too! Screen works fine in video mode as well. Love my camera and dont want to replace it (have been using the traditional viewfinder), but repair too expensive.

All ideas welcome.

Taking pictures

You may have turned off the viewing screen mode. I've turned my off just to save the battery. There should be a setting/mode so that can at least scroll thru to view the images you've shot. As for the Busy Message my best guess is the memory cards full. My camera (a kodak) has the option to save images to a very small, useless internal memory or another card. Perhaps yours offers same - so switch to large memory. As for zooming in as close as you can, you may want to visit a state that's closer. Yea as you can see the zooms on the Point & Shoot cameras are very limited. Its only good for zooming into things that are just a very short distance away.
