Panasonic prism ptm4597s

I have an old panasonic prsim PTM 4597s big screen console. When I turn it it on it clicks like th epower is coming on (no picture) then I hear a steady humming noise. Is this tv dead or is there some easy way to fix it?
I have the same problem
