I was trying to do a hard reset on my phone and of course trying everything I stuck a paperclip into the pinhole on the front of my phone. Now the rollerball is inactive any ideas on how to fix it?

by the way, to hard reset your phone, pull the battery out while it is on. wait about 15 seconds, then reinsert.

To master reset enter the wrong passcode 10 times, will automatically clear phone, may solve your problem with trackball, if all else fails BB Desktop Manager and get the lastest sw from your service provider and try redownloading the software to the phone.
