If I understand what you are saying it is that you are trying to program a keypad from your old house to an opener at your new house. There are several models and you must have the correct one.
The instructions will be in the owners manual. Get the model number of your opener and go to Liftmaster.com. Follow the instructions and you can download an owners manual.
You can go to ManagemyLife.com click on manuals and enter model number 139.53325. Although it is not exactly the same it is close enough for what you need.
I have never seen an owners manual in Spanish but you could google an English to Spanish translator and translate one. It will be time consuming but it will work.
