Want to know if car seat is recalled. Fisher-price model # 79750 date manufactured 11 21 1997.

I don't know if it's recalled, but it is expired. Most carseats are only recommended to be used for 6 years now. Supposedly, technology improves so that they get safer all the time. Also, the materials (primarily plastic) could warp and become brittle, not stand up as well to impact.

Hieght restrictions

yes. there is... basically it say 34" is for infant car seat. and weight is 22 lbs. Please dont forget to rate me, Hope this helps

Shoulder restraint adjustment

theres a way in the back of the carset to unhook your straps and feed them thru the higher level. just look inside the back of the carseat.
