F21, won't drain, unplugged, door still won't

This is a repair that you can perform yourself. "F21" is a Long Drain error code. This indicates that you have an obstruction somewhere in the drainage system. In most cases, this means you probably have a clog in the drain pump. The following link explains:

You may have something getting caught in the pump impeller and slowing it down. Or, you may have something clogging the drain lines. Included is a follow-on link that explains how to check the drain pump to clean. You may also have to remove the inlet hose that runs from the bottom of the wash tub to the inlet side of the drain pump. Debris can commonly clog in this area as well causing the drain cycle to fail.

NOTE: If these preliminary measures do not correct your problem, you may have to replace the drain pump. It does not take much to damage the pump impeller or motor. Since the error code is generated if the drain cycle exceeds 8 minutes, if the pump is damaged and can't pump at the required volume, the error code will continue to appear until the pump is replaced.

NOTE: The "SUDS" error can also commonly occur with the F21 error code as this is can be generated when air is sensed in the drainage system.
If the door won't open it could be jammed due to the program being interrupted. There is a manual release you can use to retrieve anything left inside the drum. The following link explains:

In most cases, simply resetting the door in this manner will restore normal operation.

take the bottom panel off,you have to clean out the pump,probably coins in there,you'll see a round cap on right hand side,use plyers and twist to the left,if you have a wet and dry vac use this and put towels down,twist the cap enough so that you can vac the water as it comes out,after draining water twist the cap and take it out,clean it and feel drain hose,you might have to take hose off where it connects onto pump if you feel junk in hose,don't sqwease it hard you don't want to pop a hole in hose if something like a bobby pin is in there,should be all set
