Press and Hold the CTRL and ALT key on the Keyboard and then try pressing the UP or DOWN key.
NOTE: This will work if the Graphics or Video Driver Utility is running in the System Tray.
If the Graphics or Video Driver Utility is not running in the "System Tray" then reinstall the Video Driver in the Computer and then follow the same steps to rotate the screen.

Usually a combination of Ctrl, Ctrl-Alt or Shift-Ctrl and either the "up" arrow key or "PgUp" key.
The left, right and down arrow keys will rotate the display in the corresponding direction.
