Wii fit board - blue power light flashes then goes off and wont work. This is also happening to my parents one and we are both on our 2nd wii fit board each. Have reset red button but no joy - help please

Unplug the AC adapter from power cord then wait 10 min and plug it again.Open the SD Card slot cover on the front of the Wii console, just below the disc drive, and press and hold the red SYNC button for 15 seconds. This will clear all synced Wii Remotes from the console.Then push the red button again, then open the batteries cover on your
Wii Remote and push the red button there.After that push the red button on console one more time, then open the batteries cover on your Wii Fit and push red button there.If this not help may your wii fit need service.
