Question about Brother MFC-8460N All-In-One Printer
The LCD reads Document Jam. I have checked for paper and have cleaned the sensor. Reset the machine and still get the same msg. What can I do next and/or should the sensor be replaced? Thank you for your help.
Most likely there is something stuck in a different sensor. Open all the doors and remove and removable assemblies and check for stuck sensors.
