Please check the power cable of the printer and look for light indicator if theres a light indicator on the cable it means cable is roking fine (You can see the light indicator of the cable on the cable itself near on the power socket of the printer
Now if theres a power light on power cable., Please do not use the transformer. Please used the wall outlet or direct the power cable of the printer onto walloutlet socket
