Cancelling Incoming Faxes in Memory

Hello all

I have a company regularly spamming me with 10 - 12 page faxes.

Does anyone know how to cancel the incoming fax on this machine once it's in the memory?

My paper and consumables are getting wasted!!

ps. Have written to the company concerned telling them to stop1

See manual (can be download from homepage www.brother.com). If you are a victim of spam faxes you better buy a new mfc with a pc-fax-incoming-transmission function (e.g. mfc 440cn etc.) This will give you the opportunity to have a look at the faxes on the screen first and then to decide which one should be printed.

Incoming faxes from multiple locations jamming our machine

I believe there should be a "Clear memory", or "dump fax Memory", in the menu selection.
Press reports and scroll to machine print out. You should get a print out on the machines configuration and help menu to better assist you.
This should dump the memory so you can prepare yourself for new incoming faxex.

Need to clear the memory of Brother MFC-8220 fax

The easy way to reset the machine is to power it off for a period of time. Say overnight will allow the battery back up on the board to run out and the machine to loose its memory.
